High Above Bend

I was, indeed, most fortunate to visit your beautiful Aerie home, several times. I can’t describe the stunning view and awesome sunrise as well as sunset moments I was able to see. The view, all around, is incredible. Even on a cloudy day! Your lovely home is so tastefully furnished, and as a professional chef I was most pleased to cook in your well-established kitchen. (Although I found it hard to concentrate on my task as I kept looking at the view.)

I’ve been vacationing with families and friends since 1996 and I have to say without a doubt this was the best time we have had, and a large part was due to all of us staying in such a beautiful, spacious home with the best views, sunrises, and sunsets in all Bend.

I stayed at The Aerie in February when the snow was flying and the views of the quaint town of Bend and the surrounding mountains were spectacular. The home has the feel of a private luxury cabin nestled on a mountainside, but it is a truly large and modern home on multiple levels. You could stay on one level and be satisified! There are balconies on two separate levels that feel very private. I found myself there sitting and gazing at the nearby trees, the city far below, the mountains in the distance, and then shifting my attention to the high desert skies. Peaceful. Above all.
